Sergio Aguero has already hit two hat-tricks in 2019 and a phenomenal three for the season.

His three goals against Chelsea on Sunday drew him level with Alan Shearer for the most in Premier League history with 11.

The 30-year-old striker now has half of all the hat-tricks scored by Manchester City in the Premier League era.

City still has a long way to go to catch up with the leaders at the top of the all-time list.

Here are the 10 clubs with the most Premier League hat-tricks.

=10. Aston Villa and Leeds – 10

Two former Premier League clubs share 10th spot with 10 a piece. Christian Benteke scored two for Villa during his spell at the club while Tony Yeboah also picked up two for Leeds United.

9. Newcastle United – 13

Alan Shearer only scored two of his 11 hat-tricks while in the North East while Andy Cole also scored two for the club.

8. Everton – 15

Tony Cottee scored two of his three for Everton while Wayne Rooney scored their last one in the Premier League in 2017.

7. Blackburn Rovers – 17

Shearer scored nine hat-tricks during his prolific four seasons at Blackburn where he scored 112 times.

6. Manchester City – 22

Aguero has 11 of the 22 City trebles while their first was not scored until 2000 by Paulo Wanchope. Carlos Tevez also scored four in a City shirt.

5. Tottenham Hotspur – 23

Harry Kane has eight of the Spurs Premier League hat-tricks while Robbie Keane and Jermaine Defoe shared six between them.

4. Chelsea – 24

Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink claimed four of these hat-tricks while there was three for Didier Drogba and Frank Lampard.

3. Manchester United – 32

Wayne Rooney is seventh on the all-time list and had six trebles for United. Rudd van Nistelrooy scored five while Ole Gunnar Solskjaer claimed three, including a four-goal haul in a match against Nottingham Forest.

Robbie Fowler scored eight trebles for the Anfield club while Michael Owen scored seven. Luis Suarez scored an incredible six despite only spending three-and-a-half seasons with the club.

Thierry Henry leads the way for Arsenal with eight hat-tricks and is joint-fourth overall.
